Diana Krall and husband Elvis Costello are the proud parents of twin boys. The new arrivals -- named Dexter Henry Lorcan and Frank Harlan James -- were born on Dec. 6th. Elvis and Diana issued a statement recently saying, "We are ecstatic!" "Mother and sons are doing splendidly."
